Shipping Destinations and Cost
We offer international shipping to destinations available at checkout. Standard shipping costs $2.99 per order in the store’s checkout currency.

Order Processing
Preparation time varies by item and availability and is separate from delivery. Pre-order items require additional preparation. If you need an item by a particular date, contact style2hardtd@gmail.com before placing your order so we can check the current timing.

Estimated Delivery
Delivery depends on the product, shipping origin, and destination. Where available, product pages show a delivery estimate for the stated destination. A United States estimate does not apply to other countries. If your product or destination has no confirmed estimate, contact style2hardtd@gmail.com before ordering. Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; preparation, carrier delays, customs processing, and holidays may add time.

Order Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.

Shipping Address
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to correct it, email style2hardtd@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after shipment.

International Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before payment. Additional charges imposed by the destination country may be payable by the customer and are separate from our $2.99 shipping fee.

Delivery Problems
If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but you have not received it, email style2hardtd@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the supplier or carrier and help arrange an appropriate resolution.
