Style2Hard Return and Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return
Email style2hardtd@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns, including size or style preferences. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Style2Hard will cover the necessary return shipping.

Damaged or incorrect items
Contact style2hardtd@gmail.com as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and clear photos so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, any applicable shipping charges will also be refunded.

Exchanges
Contact us to request a different size or item. Exchanges depend on availability; we may arrange a return and refund so you can place a new order.

Your rights
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply under local law.
